Our Student Societies are open to anyone who has an interest in the biomedical and medical sciences.
Edinburgh University Biomedical Science Society (EUBMS)
We welcome anyone from any course or disciplines from the university.
Throughout the year we organise a variety of academic and social events. These include academic lectures covering different subject areas available in the BMTO, such as reproductive biology and forensics; as well as social events that will help you get to know the biomedical community, like Halloween pub quizzes or movie nights.

Edinburgh University Medical Sciences Society
As a university society, we aim to bring together students interested in the broad scope of Medical Sciences to promote both awareness of, and engagement with, various opportunities offered through a tailored programme of social and academic events. Through this, we hope to promote peer collaboration in a productive and interactive manner, strengthening the Edinburgh University cohort overall.
