Badging a project, or affiliating a student or Research Fellow
Existing Centre members can apply to badge a project, or affiliate a PhD or MD student, or Research Fellow with the Centre.
Badging your project as a Centre study
If you are working on a study that you think would benefit from being badged as an Asthma UK Centre for Applied Research study, please:
- Read the procedure available on the Collaboration Hub
- Connect with the Centre Manager and relevant Theme Leads, and get PPI input
- Complete our Project Badging Request form

Affiliating a student
If you are, or have, a PhD or MD student whose research is aligned with the themes and topics of the Centre, and who would benefit from being part of our Postgraduate Training platform, please:

- Contact our PG Platform leads to discuss

Research Fellows
We welcome adoption requests from Research Fellows and Clinical Research Fellows where studies align with the themes and topics of the Centre.

Institutional Affiliation
There are many benefits in affiliating with the Centre, including:

- access to expertise in applied asthma methodology
- subsidised access to the Optimum Patient Care Research Database (OPCRD) for asthma data via a secure network
