Further information for your permission type:

You will need to upload a copy of your passport and attend an in-person appointment for International Check-in after you enter the UK. If you have eVisa access, you should send your share code to us now.

If you are a current student and you requested an Authorised Interruption of Study, this may have impacted your Student visa and you may have to complete a re-engagement international check-in before resuming your studies.

If you are making a Student visa extension in the UK, you will need to attend two in-person appointments for International Check-in. This page is for Student visa holders who are extending their visa from inside the UK to continue studies or start a new programme

If you are coming to the UK for a Pre-sessional English language programme, you will need to attend your first International Check-in appointment after you arrive in June. The process is different depending on if you were issued a single or a combined CAS. Appointments will be booked for you by the Centre for Open Learning.

All students coming to the UK with Standard Visitor visa permission must complete the required International Check-in. Standard Visitor permission can only be used where study will be completed within 6 months (or for one-off resit exams or repeats within 6 months)

Important information and instructions for Graduate or High Potential Individual (HPI) visa holders. This guidance doesn't apply to dependant visas.

If you hold EU Settlement pre-settled or settled status, you will still need to complete International Check-in, but you don’t need to book or attend an in-person appointment. Your international check-in can be completed online.
