Hi! My name is Kamila and I'm currently in my 3rd year of the Precision Medicine Doctoral Training Programme.
I perform my research at the Edinburgh Cancer Research Centre and my project focuses on creating a platform for the discovery of cancer-specific antigens (neoantigens) that could potentially be used as cancer vaccine targets.
In my spare time, I enjoy ballroom and Latin dancing at the University Society @eubds, doing yoga and exploring some beautiful sights of Edinburgh. I'm very happy to get the chance to share my story with you here and I hope you'll enjoy it! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask in the comments below and if you want to see more of my PhD life check out my science communication account @biotechfreak
