English language proficiency

All students whose first language is not English will have to provide proof of English language proficiency.

Students will be working with patients early on and we want to be sure that they will be confident to be able to communicate with staff, students and patients, some of whom will have broad accents.

Deferred entry

We are happy to consider applicants for deferred entry on a case by case basis.  Requests should be made prior to application by contacting the Undergraduate Admissions Team.  Deferred entry is not generally available to international students unless in exceptional circumstances.
