This page provides information about where to get help for both users and service providers using the Central Authorisation Service.
Help for end users
If you connect to a service and get a message saying that you are not authorised to use the service then your first point of contact should be with the service provider. If you cannot identify who that is then please contact the IS Helpline and provide as much information as you can about what you were trying to access, when you tried to access it and what you were using to do it.
