Risk Assessments

The Risk Assessment forms are designed to assist management units to comply with relevant items of risk assessment- based health and safety legislation, and hence with the central University Health and Safety Policy.

In addition to model template risk assessment forms, there are also generic risk assessments for certain activities.

Format of the documents are indicated in brackets - where no indication exists, the format is PDF.
