Craig Ritchie appointed Associate Director of Edinburgh Clinical Research Facility

We are delighted to announce that Professor Craig Ritchie  has been appointed as Associate Director of the Edinburgh Clinical Research Facility (CRF).

Craig is Professor of the Psychiatry of Ageing and leads the clinical arm of the Centre for Dementia Prevention (CDP). The appointment is in recognition of the commitment to collaboration between Edinburgh CRF and the CDP in the rapidly developing area of dementia research.

Craig said: “I am honoured to be appointed as Associate Director of the Edinburgh CRF. As the lead for studies such as EPAD and PREVENT, the appointment reflects the ongoing commitment in Edinburgh to dementia research and strengthens our capacity for translational medicine in the neurosciences.  We are privileged in Edinburgh to have access to world-leading facilities at the CRF to support quality biomedical research across a vast array of clinical areas.”
