The UoE Mindfulness programme at the Chaplaincy offers a wide range of resources, from free lunch-time drop-ins to monthly day retreats, led by Dr Kitty Wheater, Mindfulness Chaplain. The programme take place both in-person and online.

The MindLetter

The MindLetter is a weekly essay for reflection and practical inspiration around wellbeing and living a good life. It can be read by itself, and also includes a practice to explore in your own time. Email mindfulness@ed.ac.uk to subscribe.

Mindfulness and Compassion Courses

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances our Mindfulness courses and day retreats are currently on hold. We do plan on restarting these as soon as possible and ask that you keep and eye on our website and social media platforms to keep up to date. We are still running two weekly drop ins, one online and one in person please see our events page for more information and we hope to see you there.

Mindfulness Day Retreats
