Information Services provides IT facilities for conferences and special events organised via Edinburgh First.
Charges for equipment and technician support will be included within the overall Edinburgh First package.

- Wired and wireless network access accounts.
- Computers in teaching rooms and presentation spaces.
- Computers in cafes, break out spaces and open access computer clusters.
- Temporary network facilities for exhibitions.
Accessing the Service
All use of IT facilities is subject to the University Computing Regulations. It is the responsibility of the conference organizers to ensure that all users are aware of, and agree to, these regulations.
In the first instance contact should be made with Edinburgh First to discuss your requirements and timescales.
