I have been retained as a testifying or consulting expert in over 100 litigation matters in U.S. and Canadian courts on various internet platform-related topics pertaining to web analytics, traffic validity, digital marketing, SEO (search engine optimization), social media content visibility, and digital discoverability. Cases in which I have provided expert testimony have included class action, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters, and my patent litigation testimony has included claims construction, validity, infringement, and indefiniteness analyses.
