Background

Chloë is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Physical Activity for Health, based in the Physical Activity for Health Research Centre (PAHRC). In this role, she contributes to physical activity related teaching and research across the wider Institute.

I welcome proposals and contact from potential PhD students in any area relating to physical activity, particularly those with a focus on physical activity messaging or communication. 

Research summary

Chloë's research is primarily interested in the way we communicate with different groups about physical activity, and the use of messaging approaches to target people's perceptions, attitudes, motivations and behaviours. She is also interested in physical activity and mental health and active travel.
