We are a research and teaching centre within the Edinburgh Medical School: Biomedical Sciences, in the College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine.

The Division is a multidisciplinary centre, consisting of academic and clinical research groups within the University of Edinburgh working across basic, clinical and translational aspects of infection medicine.

The Division of Infection and Pathway Medicine works on a highly collaborative basis in interdisciplinary integrated research projects. We work with many groups in the UK and have strategic partnerships with a number of research centres worldwide.
