The Six-Pack Challenge will put participants through their paces during six different fitness classes staged over six weeks.
Disciplines of yoga, Pilates, Zumba, circuit training, kickboxing and t’ai chi will be covered.
Classes begin on Wednesday 31 July, 2013 and will run every Wednesday until 4 September, 2013.
Class sizes will be limited to 25 places and pre-booking is advisable.
Proceeds to charity
All proceeds from this event will go to the Patrick Wild Centre.
The Centre focuses on research into autism, Fragile X Syndrome and intellectual disabilities.
It was established at the University in 2010.
