IT Support Desk

Free IT support sessions, open to all University students, staff and visitors.

The IT Support Desk, situated on the ground floor concourse of the Main Library, replaced the regular Mobile Device Clinics in spring 2017. It provides all the same services as the original Device Clinics, but is a drop-in service rather than requiring a booking.

PLEASE NOTE: Personal installations of SPSS software are now handled via the SPSS Codes Request Form. You do not need to attend the Clinic for this. Additionally, Visitors are not, by default, permitted to use Uni site licensed software, so cannot access code request forms.
