This post-introductory course is intended for students who have successfully completed Foundation Korean Language 1 or equivalent. It is not suitable for absolute beginners or students with above Foundation level knowledge of Korean. **Please see Additional Restrictions below**
Course Summary
Course Description
The lectures will be taught in larger groups (of approximately 30 students), while separate oral tutorials will entail smaller groups (of around 15 students). In the tutorials, students will be able to practice speaking and writing tutorials. Classes will be conducted in an interactive manner, combining PowerPoint presentations by the instructor and role play among students. Students will acquire an additional vocabulary of 600/700 Korean words. You will also learn how to comprehend and compose short essays in Korean. Topics covered throughout the course will include weather, leisure activities, ordering food and family.
