This course is only open to visiting students who are nominated to study with us on a Law exchange agreement. Exchange students outside of Law and study abroad students are not eligible to enrol on this course, with no exceptions. Law exchange students who wish to take this course must have previously completed a course equivalent to Contract & Unjustified Enrichment (LAWS08127) at grade B or above to qualify for this course.
Course Summary
The role of employment law, identification of the contract of employment, formation and content of the contract of employment, common law termination, key statutory rights such as unfair dismissal.
