Women Make Cities hosted a symposium in February 2023. The symposium took place in Glasgow as a conclusion to the Researcher-in-residence projects. Image The symposium took place on 16 February 2023 at Civic House in Glasgow. The event focused on the Researchers-in Residence projects, with presentations from Freya, Esther and Lottie. Discussions with invited guests Beth Hughes, Carolyn Zola, Susan Curley Meyer and Advisory Board members Gráinne Rice and Jane McKie, explored the network themes in more depth. They considered how the creative outcomes of a film, walking tour, visual essay and zine might contribute to other activities, networks and organisations in Scotland. How might these connections and new knowledge inform future research as well as active engagement with contemporary planning and city life?
