Animal Aspirations

Animal Aspirations is a student-led project, which aims to increase diversity in veterinary medicine and animal related careers. Ethnic minorities are underrepresented in veterinary medicine and animal-related subjects.

Offers confidential emotional support to everyone in the veterinary community.  We won’t judge, or tell you what to do, but will listen and give you time and space to explore a way forward.  If you need referral for specialist help, we can signpost you to options available.

VSC admissions guide

For applicants thinking of applying to veterinary medicine in October 2021 for entry in 2022, the Veterinary Schools Council’s annual guide to entry requirements has now been published. This is the only resource that collates entry requirements directly from admissions staff in the veterinary schools.
