Story 1: Copper's Story
Copper is a 6 year old Patterdale Terrier. She came to the Hospital for Small Animals because she was having difficulty urinating.
Story 2: Molly's Story
Molly is a 1 year old Bearded Collie. She was diagnosed with a shunt in her liver (intrahepatic portosystemic shunt), where there is an abnormal blood vessel that allows blood from the intestines to bypass the liver.
Story 3: Bonnie's Story
Bonnie was a 13 year old Terrier mixed breed. She was diagnosed with cancer in her urethra, called transitional cell carcinoma.
Story 4: Max's Story
Max is a 3 year old Ragdoll who came to the Hospital for Small Animals because he was not urinating and was lethargic for several days. He was diagnosed with obstruction of both ureters (that connect the kidneys to the bladder) due to stones that passed from the kidneys and became lodged in the ureters.
