Internal Medicine Service

New member of medicine service

We would like to offer a very warm welcome to Dr Tracy Hill who has recently joined the HfSA as a senior lecturer in small animal medicine.

Tracy completed a small animal residency at North Carolina State University followed by a PhD in gastric mucosal biology. Tracy has also completed a fellowship in interventional radiology and endoscopy at Animal Medical Center, New York.

Tracy has broad interests in internal medicine and will develop interventional medicine treatments in collaboration with other colleagues in HfSA.

"I am delighted that we have been able to recruit a clinician of Tracy’s calibre to the medicine team. Tracy will play a vital role in the development of novel therapies for medicine patients, particularly in the area of interventional treatments. Her enthusiasm and considerable clinical and research expertise will be a great asset to the Hospital for Small Animals."

"I am excited to be joining a great team with such strong facilities for excellent clinical medicine and research. I think my training in minimally invasive techniques for small animals complements our current clinical capabilities and I am happy to be a part of the flourishing field of interventional medicine in a veterinary teaching hospital with such a high standard of care."
