Like human medicine, veterinary medicine doesn't stand still and advances in medical and veterinary research result in new, better treatments becoming available.  Despite this, many diseases, such as cancer, are still very difficult to treat and many of our pets would benefit from more research to find more effective therapies to improve health and quality of life. Here at the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Medicine our Clinical Trials Programme aims to do just that.
