Veterinary Clinical Services

Clinical Records of animals under the care of our Clinical Services departments including diagnostic images, xrays, photographs and video footage are included under this schedule.

Electronic clinical records will be stored for 10 years after the date an animal was last seen at which point they will be anonymised and archived. The practice management system prompts the removal after 10 years.

Any paper copies will be destroyed after 10 years.

Disposal should be within 2 months of this time.
