Animal Welfare Indicators Project (AWIN)
European funded AWIN project have developed a web based portal for animal welfare education resources. These include a repository of animal welfare courses and training available worldwide and a collection of free to use downloadable learning materials, on many animal welfare topics.
The Online Veterinary Anatomy Museum (OVAM)
Veterinary students are increasingly looking for online resources to supplement their traditional courses. Therefore the JISC ( Joint Information Systems Committee) funded The Online Veterinary Anatomy Museum (OVAM) project as part of the Content Programme 2011-2013, and have successfully developed the best exhibits from leading physical and online museums in one place.
IFAW Learning Resources for children
Looking for tools and resources to educate and inspire young people about animals and our shared environment? The International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) has produced a wide variety of free thematic education packs for both primary and secondary children, including teaching guides, lessons, worksheets, films, and interactive activities aligned with core curricula.
Animal Welfare Science Centre (AWSC) - Public Lectures
The AWSC is based in Australia and comprises three collaborative partners. Their scientific research and teaching capacity in animal welfare science is considerable and they have made many important national and international contributions to animal welfare research, teaching and training.
