The Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies
Royal Dick School of Veterinary Studies Bicentenary

Career Day

Career development is a lifelong process of learning and decision-making that brings you closer to your ideal job, skillset and lifestyle.

The School offers a range of opportunities for all the members of its community – staff and students – to develop their career and self-growth goals.

The Clinical, Education and Professional Services Career Development Committee has organised an online Career Fair to highlight some of these opportunities. We have asked some of our existing staff to talk about their career paths to give a flavour of what is possible. We hope that by listening to these talks, this will inspire you to follow your goals and seek out opportunities to help you evolve into the professional you want to be.

The talks are aimed at different audiences. This includes both undergraduate and postgraduate students, and also we hope they cater for the different sectors of our staff (Clinicians, Veterinary nurses, technicians, researchers, academics).

Due to the COVID situation and in order to get to as many of you as possible, we have designed this online version of the event in which the talks rather than being delivered live have been pre-recorded and are available in this website.
