Please note we are not a veterinary clinic. Our phone line often goes to Voicemail, from which we will call you back. Our phone line is only used to explain when we are open and to answer non-urgent questions. We will return your call when we can.

Please note we are not a veterinary clinic. The All4Paws telephone number is not an emergency line. If you have an emergency with an animal you should contact a veterinary clinic.

If you have been seen recently at All4Paws and your animal has become unwell at night or weekend, e.g. after receiving a vaccination or some other treatment from us, you can call 0131 444 0990

Free or low cost treatment at PDSA

To find out if you are eligible for free or low cost vet treatment at PDSA, use the PDSA eligibility checker and registration form at: https://www.pdsa.org.uk/pet-help-and-advice/eligibility

If you do not have access to the internet you can call 0800 731 2502 to speak to a member of PDSA Customer Service team. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

  • Our Dick Vet in the Community premises at Nicolson Street, which is also used for other outreach projects, is open for All4Paws at the following times:

    Every Monday 6:30-7:30pm
    The first Saturday of each month 12-2pm
