Medicine, supplement and food requests are usually available for collection within 48 hours provided we have seen your animal recently, the interval between examinations being determined by the pet's health and vet's advice. Some requests may take longer.

The delivery of drugs must be done via Royal Mail Special Delivery so the fee is £9.54. The fee is payable in advance (plus or minus drug cost) by calling Accounts on 0131 650 7650 - option 2.
