The Herd Health scheme aims to produce a health summary compliant with ADF standards.
Privacy
Information submitted to the DHHPS via the Sheet 2 online form is used for the purposes of producing Quarterly Herd Health reports as part of either the White Gold Scheme or DHHPS membership. Copies of these reports will be sent to your veterinary surgeon unless you request otherwise.
