Case Definitions and Clinical Features
UNCOVER carries out reviews on a range of questions related to the clinical nature of COVID-19; including case definitions, clinical features, and risk factors for poor outcomes.
One of the fundamental questions in respect of COVID-19 concerns how it should be defined; its signs and symptoms; and the factors that contribute to a poor prognosis. UNCOVER has undertaken a number of reviews on related questions, and is currently conducting an Umbrella Review (a review of systematic reviews) on the clinical features of COVID-19. This area of work is ongoing. If you are a volunteer interested in joining this review, or an external organisation interested in partnering with UNCOVER, please get in touch with us.
Please take note of the dates of reviews and publications. Reviews produced early in the pandemic may have been superseded by more recent findings.
