So with the video, you feel like you're getting a kind of regular consultation. I think the fact that you can see the person you're speaking to, there's a bit more human interaction there.
I try not to make any prejudices about who may or may not be interested in this technology, so I asked most people. And really, a cross section of people agreed to do it, but they were people who it was apparent had a bit of IT confidence.
