PErsonalised GuidAnce Services for Optimising lifestyle in teenagers through awareness, motivation and engagement.
Aim
The PEGASO project will develop a multi-dimensional cross-disciplinary ICT (information and communication technologies) system that will exploit sophisticated game mechanics to motivate behavioral changes towards healthier lifestyles and prevent overweight and obesity in the younger population.

Method
The Edinburgh team was primarily involved in testing the platform and evaluating its readiness in a three phase pilot study, and fully in a large pilot study that was carried out in West Lothian.
Results
Results will be available in the autumn of 2018.
