KEM Hospital Research Centre gain international accreditation for grant management

RESPIRE Partner, KEM Hospital Research Centre, gain Standard for Good Financial Grant Practice (GFGP)

KEM Hospital Research Centre based in Pune, India has been issued with a certificate of compliance for the bronze tier of the Standard for Good Financial Grant Practice (GFGP).

The GFGP is the trusted Standard for grant funding. It is the first international standard of its kind and was developed with support from some of the world’s largest public and private sector funders. It sets out in detail over 300 requirements which major funders expect and look for when allocating funding. These requirements encompass various areas of grant administration, including financial management, human resources, procurement and governance.

KEM Hospital Research Centre is the first RESPIRE partner to gain the Standard, leading the way in showing the commitment of the Unit to uphold best practice in grant management.
