Award Nomination for Scottish Cancer Registry and Intelligence Service (SCRIS)
The Scottish Cancer Registry and Intelligence Service (SCRIS) receives nomination in Holyrood’s sixth annual Digital Health & Care Awards.
The Scottish Cancer Registry and Intelligence Service (SCRIS) has been shortlisted for the Technology and Data in Action Award.
This award recognises organisations who successfully provide high quality, real time care information at the point of contact.
SCRIS, a major health intelligence initiative co-produced by National Services Scotland and the Innovative Healthcare Delivery Programme (IHDP), produced a national Cancer Intelligence Platform, which provides access to timely cancer information. This dashboard supports cancer services across Scotland and enables improvements in patient outcomes for those affected by cancer.
Making an impression on the shortlisting panel, SCRIS stood out among a substantial number of entries. The awards ceremony will be held on the 25th February 2020, and we wish the SCRIS team success!
