Multimorbidity Study Day

This half-day session will provide education and discussion around the topic of multimorbidity in health, with an academic focus. Experts from the University of Edinburgh and NHS Lothian will be presenting around the following provisional topics:

• Overview of multimorbidity
• The Lothian approach to multimorbidity - House of Care
• Patient activation in COPD
• Social prescribing and the approach taken by Link Workers
• GP experience of multimorbidity and complexity
• Primary Care Policy and multimorbidity

This event is being organised by the Scottish Allergy and Respiratory Academy, which is led by Professor Aziz Sheikh, Professor Jürgen Schwarze, and Professor Hilary Pinnock.
