Development and evaluation of strategies to improve sedation quality in Intensive Care (DESIST Study)
The study will develop and validate a Sedation Quality Assessment Tool (SQAT) for use on a daily basis in the ICU. The plan is also to develop sedation specific process and outcome measures in 8 ICUs to better describe current practice and outcome.
