We are looking for an experienced Research Fellow in Bioethics to work on the UK Pandemic Ethics Accelerator project

We are recruiting an experienced Research Fellow specialised in Bioethics to work on the UK Pandemic Ethics Accelerator project. Although the role is based at CBSS and the University of Edinburgh, this is a collaborative project with the University of Oxford, University of Bristol, UCL and the Nuffield Council on Bioethics. 

You will work as part of the UK Pandemic Ethics Accelerator project team to carry out interdisciplinary bioethics research on topics within the area of global pandemic ethics, including preparing rapid reviews, original research, academic and lay publications; and engaging with stakeholders and publics on relevant issues.

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

  • Relevant background in bioethics or related discipline
  • Research interest and/or experience related to public health, health care or biomedicine
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written communication skills and publication experience
