We are looking for Interdisciplinary Research Fellows and a Scientific Fellow to join our Centre.

Interdisciplinary Research Fellow in Biomedicine, Self and Society

We are looking for three interdisciplinary researchers to undertake a two year research project and to contribute to the Centre’s scholarly and engagement activities.

The post-holder will develop an interdisciplinary research project in collaboration with two of the Centre’s Chancellor’s Fellows (Montgomery, Young, Ganguli-Mitra, Engelmann, Sethi). Projects will engage with one or more of the following topics:

  • Data and health
  • Regulation and governance of biomedicine
  • Sex, sexuality, gender, reproductive health and justice
  • Novel approaches to global health
  • Race and racism in health and biomedicine
  • The past and present of social medicine

Biomedicine, Self and Society Scientific Fellow

We are offering an opportunity for a scientist/clinician to develop and undertake interdisciplinary humanities/social science research, exploring a health-related topic relevant to the Centre’s research programme.  You will work with members of the Centre to generate, publish and disseminate this work, and you will have the opportunity to engage with and contribute to the work of the Centre.
