Amanda has been a member of the Centre’s Public and Patient Involvement group for some time and has now decided to become a volunteer PPI patient lead, which means she represents PPI members on the Centre Management Committee among other duties. Her particular interest is the self-management of asthma including the impact of the home and environment for adults and children with asthma.

As well as contributing feedback to a number of studies in the Centre as a member of the PPI group, Amanda is part of the stakeholder group for the Strategic Priorities Fund – UK Clean Air Consortia West London Healthy Home and Environment Study.

We welcome both Emma and Amanda into their new roles!
