Basic principles of diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular collapse in the postoperative cardiac surgical patient
Emergency airway (including tracheostomy) management
Human factors
Use of epicardial pacing boxes
Setup and placement of intra-aortic balloon pumps
Gowning and gloving and emergency resternotomy
