Gillian Mead receives the William Farr medal

Professor Gillian Mead has received the William Farr medal.

Prof Mead was awarded this medal in 2015 from the Worshipful Society of Apothecaries for her work on exercise for stroke survivors and frail older people.

She recently travelled to London to receive the medal.
