How to request access to the scholarship application management portal

In order to apply for access to the scholarship application management portal, please send an email request providing the following details (where access is required for more than one individual or multiple funds, we will accept an attachment with all the relevant details completed):

UUN:

Staff code: please refer to finding the staff code

Scholarship Fund:

Access level: please refer to scholarship application management roles

Please email your request to the Scholarship team and ensure the subject title is Euclid Scholarship Portal Access.

Any individual who had access to the scholarship fund in the previous year will continue with the same access in the new academic year, unless the individual has changed job internally and moved to a new department, in which case they will need to reapply for access.
