This Scheme provides a scholarship for members of staff to undertake part-time postgraduate or professional study for career enhancement within the University.
Generally scholarships awarded will cover the full cost of tuition fees for full-time staff members, with part-awards being offered to part-time staff. The Scheme was devolved in 2007-2008 and the University Secretary's Group receives a modest allocation for USG staff scholarships purposes each year.
Staff in the Colleges, Corporate Services, and Information Services should direct enquiries to their individual College/Support Group contact. These contact details can be found on the Staff Scholarships Scheme website.
Applications by USG staff for the academic year 2017-18 should be submitted to Sarah Smith, University Secretary, by Friday 14 July 2017.
