Medicine fees 2018-2019
Tuition fees for the 2018-2019 academic session.
College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine
From 2016-2017 all international students at Scottish Medical Schools must make a contribution to the teaching costs of the NHS (the ACT levy).
The University of Edinburgh is subsidising this charge for students, and the fee rate provided includes the portion being paid through student fees.
No additional payment for the NHS ACT levy above the fee rate will be required from students.
Medicine MBChB - 6 year programme
There has been a restructuring of fees for overseas (non-EU) students who start the MBChB course from 2017-2018.

These changes to the fees have been balanced across the pre-clinical (years 1-3) and clinical years (years 4-6).
