Who is this course for? This course is suitable for beginners learning to ride for the first time, or people who have not cycled since childhood. It covers the absolute basics of bike control, balance, and pedalling. You will learn in a safe, supervised, traffic-free environment.
Duration: A weekly 2 hour lesson, for 4 consecutive weeks. Lessons will be scheduled for the same time/day each week. You are encourage to attend all 4 lessons so you can develop your skills each week.

Borrowing a bike: If you need to borrow a bike for this course, one can be provided for you. The instructor will contact registered participants to confirm this.
Who is this course for? This course is suitable for people who are able to ride a bicycle, but lack the confidence and/or skills to cycle on roads with traffic. This course is split into two levels (Note - Level 1 is covered by the "Learn to Ride" courses):
- Level 2 is an introduction to on-road cycling. It is best for people who are comfortable riding on traffic free routes, but are wary of cycling around traffic. It will support you to cycle on quiet roads and make basic manoeuvres.
- Level 3 covers advanced riding techniques. It is best for people who can cycle on quiet back streets, but get nervous on busier roads. It will cover advanced manoeuvres and more complicated junctions.
Duration: 2.5-3 hours. Each class is delivered as a "one-off", but you are welcome to book onto multiple courses if you want further training.

Who is this course for? This course is for anyone who would like to learn more about taking care of their own bike. Each course will cover a different aspect of bike maintenance, e.g.: basics of bicycle maintenance, puncture repair, brake and gear adjustment.
Duration: 1-2 hours, depending on content

Who is this course for? This course is for confident cyclists who would like to take others out for rides with them. Participants will learn how to plan, risk assess, and deliver organised group rides.
Duration: 1 day (maximum 8 hours).
