Social Responsibility and Sustainability workshop

The 2016 Social Responsibility and Sustainability workshop took place on Wednesday 13th April and was a valuable opportunity for staff and students from across the University to share their thoughts on a broad range of topics.

SRS workshop
Chaired by Lesley McAra, Assistant Principal Community Engagement, and Dave Gorman, Director of Social Responsibility and Sustainability, this session was lead by facilitators from across the University with expertise in areas such as Energy, Climate and Carbon, Food, and Resource Efficiency.

We have now collected participant’s notes in each subject matter, which can be viewed and downloaded below.

These notes will directly contribute towards the development of the Department for Social Responsibility and Sustainability's programme of activities for the 2016-17 academic year and feed into University-wide strategic plans.

The organisers would like to thank everyone who took part.

If you have any questions about the workshop or to follow up on any of the points discussed above, please get in touch with Matt Lawson.
