Social Responsibility and Sustainability

SRS staff and student workshop: building a vision for 2040

This fun, engaging session is open to all University of Edinburgh staff and students, with an interest in SRS issues.

Following the success of the 2016 workshop, this session will bring together staff and students from across the University to share their views and feed into the wider SRS strategy.

Chaired by Professor Lesley McAra, Assistant Principal for Community Relations, and Dave Gorman, Director for the Department for Social Responsibility & Sustainability, this afternoon workshop will invite attendees to consider what the University will look like in 2040 in relation to 8 key SRS themes.

Through a ‘World Café’ style workshop, facilitators will encourage participants to reflect on what we have achieved over the last year, what more we need to do, and how we get there.
