Do I need to provide a language certificate to prove my current abilities?
No, we do not require you to provide any proof of your language skills.
Can I earn credits on language courses?
No, our language courses are not for credit.
I have enrolled, but my language course is too easy/difficult for me. Can I change?
If you think your language course is not the right level for you, you should discuss this with the teacher. Once you have agreed on the more appropriate language level, your teacher will request a transfer for you. Please note that transfer requests must be received by the end of Week 2.
Am I automatically enrolled on the progression level course?
No, you must enrol for each course individually. We strongly encourage you to book future courses 8 days before the start date of your progressive course as enrolment for courses is not automatic.
I am not able to make my language class tonight, can I attend a different session this week?
No, you can only attend the class for which you have enrolled.
Is there an exam at the end of the course and will I receive a certificate of completion?
There are no exams for our language courses. Our courses do not lead to a language qualification and no certificates are issued upon completion of the course.
