The University of Edinburgh’s Short Courses Summer Edit has launched.
The wait is over, the details are live and booking for the Short Courses Summer Edit is now open.
Throughout June, July and August, the University of Edinburgh’s Centre for Open Learning will bring you a carefully curated range of Short Courses that are fresh, topical and guaranteed to challenge you to do something different.
With courses covering a diverse range of subject areas, you’ll be spoiled for choice!
If Science and Nature is your thing then why not step inside the University of Edinburgh’s innovative uCreate studios and design your own virtual reality headset? Or get your walking boots on to explore the rocks on Arthur’s Seat and discover it’s dramatic past?
If you’ve always dreamed of learning a new language or want to become a more confident language speaker then the Languages for All programme is for you! Courses are available in French, German, Italian, Japanese and Spanish at both ‘Beginning’ and ‘Fluency’ level. All courses focus on communicating in real situations and include activities and small group work.
Or if Creative Writing is more your (book) bag then immerse yourself in writing a short play, creating collaborative digital fiction or exploring the magical world of writing for children.
