We always want to hear what we are doing well, or what could be better in our accommodation. Please follow the below steps so we can help with any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Your first point of contact is your Warden, Residence Life Coordinator or Operations Manager. You can reach them via the Accommodation Support Form
If you do not wish to speak to them, are unhappy with their response, or the feedback relates to them please contact us by email or in writing.

What you can expect from us
We commit to try and resolve things to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. If you contact us you can expect an acknowledgment and full response within five working days.
If you are not happy with our response then you can refer to the University formal Complaint Handling Procedure.
