Set up your personalised timetable
How to set up your personalised timetable and choose your outside courses, if you have the option to do so.
It is important that you can view your personalised timetable so that you work out where and when your lectures will be held.
For the academic year 2020-2021, as the university moves to a hybrid method for teaching delivery, please check with your School about what you should expect to see on your personalised timetable.
Before you arrive
Access your personalised timetable (taught students only)
Your personalised timetable will help you plan your schedule and work out where your classes and lectures will be held.
Set up Office365 account
Your Office365 calendar will start showing your teaching activities from the beginning of August. However, due to the volume of activities, please note updates can take time to appear in your Office365 calendar and will be inputted in scheduled phases.

You can access your timetable via the Timetabling channel on MyEd, the University web portal.

You can also access your timetable information by adding your Office 365 calendar to your phone.
